Warhorse Studios' Kingdom Come: Deliverance II was a huge hit with RPG fans when it released in February 2025, transporting players back to 15th Century Bohemia to critical acclaim. Sadly for those in America, the wait to get a look at the artwork behind the game in The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has been extended a little longer.

In May 2025, the 384-page book was released in Europe on the game developer's official store
under the publisher Xzone, but shipping costs have become increasingly expensive and made it expensive for many to order. Fortunately for the American, Canadian, and Latin American players, Dark Horse revealed they would be publishing the book later this year, making it much more accessible.
This has now been delayed though, as confirmed on the Dark Horse website, which has moved the release from September 15th, to October 13th 2026. The reason for the four week delay is unknown, as if often the case, and only noticed when checking the upcoming books from the publisher manually. Delays aren't uncommon for artbooks, but this one is at least not on the longer side.

The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II comes with an RRP of $69.99, but may also appeal to others in Europe as well, as retailers like Amazon can ship internationally at a lower cost, making it a cheaper option than ordering directly from the Czech-based developer. Ordering this way in the UK came with shipping costs almost as high as the book itself, and while the book was a little cheaper, it came to around $110 when converted. This makes the new Dark Horse-published version a nice option for those that missed out before.
The book features hundreds of pieces of artwork, alongside 3D models and insights from the development team. This makes it the perfect companion to the game for players that appreciate seeing how games come to fruition and the artwork that helps shape their worlds. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has sold millions of copies, so there are no doubt a lot of fans on the American continent that will find a lot to love in this huge volume of art.
Future updates for The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will be shared as they happen, and those interesting in jumping back into the game's world can pre-order the book here;
