After being listed online since September 2025, The Art of Marvel Animation’s Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man has finally revealed its cover art ahead of its June release, as updated on retailer listings online.

The cover, seen above, has everybody's favourite web-slinger front and centre, with some of the many characters in the background in comic panel style boxes. The cover captures the classic comic book visual style of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and is perfectly themed for the show's artbook.
The upcoming title from publisher Abrams Books is set to release on June 23rd, putting this reveal closer to release than is typical for an artbook. This is often an indication of an upcoming delay, something this book has already suffered, but fortunately the date has not changed and so fans can soon enjoy what is shared inside.
Inside The Art of Marvel Animation’s Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will be a collection of concept art, storyboards, animation cels, and more for the series, showing how this take on Peter Parker, his friends, foes, and New York, came together.
Other animated shows from Marvel Studios also got the artbook treatment from Abrams Books, who seem to be Marvel's choice for the releases, as opposed to doing it themselves. The Art of Marvel Studios’ What If...? and X-Men ’97: The Art and Making of the Animated Series were part of this, with perhaps more on the way for more seasons of the shows.
You can check out the artbook for X-Men '97 below.
