November 5th 2026
Clover Press has been building a strong catalogue of artbooks dedicated to some of the best artists in the comic book industry, presenting the artwork in high-quality hardcovers. The The DC Art of Riccardo Federici is another recently announced book and the fourth entry in their ongoing 'DC Art of' series. This will be heading to Kickstarter soon and, ahead of the launch, The Artbook Collector can exclusively reveal the cover art for the upcoming release.
The 200+ page book will come with this incredible piece from Riccardo Federici of the Justice League on the cover, showcasing his talent and giving people an idea of what to expect inside. It will be available as part of the Kickstarter campaign when it launches and will be seen on the retail release once the funding goal has been reached.
Inside the book, fans can expect a curated collection Federici's artwork, presenting some of his best pieces in a premium format that makes it perfect for collectors. His grounded and dark style creates artwork with stunning detail, with this volume sharing his work on characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and many more.
Federici caught a lot of attention when working with DC Comics on Dark Nights: Batman – The Murder Machine, and has since contributed to The Last God, Action Comics, Detective Comics, and more, becoming a fan favourite. His ongoing legacy and style makes the Italian artist a perfect choice to receive the artbook treatment, which makes The DC Art of Riccardo Federici a great addition to the shelf.
When the Kickstarter campaign goes live for the 9" x 12" book, there will also be additional extras as is the tradition for the series from Clover Press. Alongside this standard edition of the book, it will offer Kickstarter-exclusive options, including a slipcase edition and a dust jacket edition. Other extras will can also be added to orders or included in bundles, such as art portfolios and prints. The previous campaigns have been hugely successful, as was seen in their last launch for the series with The DC Art of Michael Turner.
