Back with another artbook, Clover Press has announced the third book in their 'DC Art of' series, celebrating another artist with 'The DC Art of Michael Turner'. As is tradition for the publisher, the book has been revealed ahead of the Kickstarter campaign going live, so fans won't miss out when it becomes available to support.
The DC Art of Michael Turner will follow the format of the series, coming as a 200+ page premium hardcover book, perfect for fans and collectors. Inside will be a look at Michael Turner's incredible art on some of the biggest characters at DC Comics, showcasing his undeniable talent and why it resonates now, and will continue to do so after his passing in 2008.

As revealed first by AIPT Comics, there will be an introduction by former DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns, as well as comments from those close to Turner, including Jeph Loeb, Brad Meltzer, and Dan DiDio.
Clover Press have been on a hugely successful run with their artbook projects on Kickstarter, blowing past the funding goals each time by a huge margin. This is for a good reason too, because they put together well-made books and focus on some of the best artists in the comic industry, creating a series that are as collectible as the comic books themselves.

As seen before, you can expect to be able to secure a copy of the book for your collection while backing the campaign, but also some Kickstarter exclusives too, including dustjacket and slipcase editions, prints, stickers, portfolios, and more. You can head to the Kickstarter campaign now to register your interest and get notified when the campaign goes live here - The DC Art of Michael Turner - A Deluxe Hardcover and more!
This is not the first book Clover Press has done for the late artist, as they released The Marvel Art of Michael Turner as part of the Marvel series of books too. This is a testament to his talent and contributions to not just one publisher, but the comic books industry as a whole. This new book becomes a great chance to have a celebratory pair of volumes for those that enjoy his work and want something a little more special on their shelf.

Michael Turner was an influential comic book artist and writer from Tennessee, who left a lasting impact on modern comics. In the 1990s he became a founding artist at Top Cow Productions, before working on iconic characters including Superman, Batman, Captain America, Wolverine, and many more for both Marvel and DC. He sadly passed away in 2008, but his art lives on and continues to be admired and inspire those that see his work today.
Updates will be shared here and if interested in the book, head over to the campaign page to sign up and be notified when the Kickstarter campaign launches and make the most of the exclusive offerings that won't be available at retail.
