The upcoming animated movie Hoppers from Pixar is getting the artbook treatment next year, continuing the studio's long running tradition of releasing an artbook for their feature films. Chronicle Books will again be the publisher for the book, this time sharing artwork for for beavers, bears, and other critters from the team.

The Art of Hoppers can now be found on retailer listings, and just like the reveal of artbook for Toy Story 5, there is currently no cover art to share. However, it is confirmed that it will be arriving on February 10th 2026 and comes as a 176-page hardcover, similar to others in the long-running Pixar 'Art of' series. It also has an RRP of $50/ £40.

As is tradition for the Disney/ Pixar artbooks from Chronicle Books, the publication date is before the release of the movie, as Hoppers is hitting the big screen on March 6th. This means audiences can potentially spoil parts of the movie for themselves, but also means that the book can be sitting on your shelf ready for when you get back from the cinema too.

Like previous artbooks from the studio, expect a look at the sketches, colour keyframes, unused ideas, storyboards, and locations for the movie, each created with the same fun visual style the movies from Pixar are known for. You can check out a flip through below of The Art of Elio to get an idea of what to expect.

Hoppers is an animated sci-fi comedy from Pixar that was written and directed by Daniel Chong. The story follows Mabel Tanaka, a nineteen-year-old animal lover, who comes across an exciting technology that allows human consciousness to be “hopped” into lifelike robotic animals. After hopping into a Beaver, she enters the animal world to stop the local Mayor from destroying a local habitat. Along the way, she befriends King George, beaver royalty, and learns the rules of animal society. It features voices from Piper Curda, Jon Hamm, Bobby Moynihan, and Melissa Villaseñor, and more, with audiences able to see the movie on March 6th 2026.

Pixar movie artbooks are never surprise announcements, but it's always good to get some details when they are listed and are up for pre-order. If you're interested in adding this book to your collection, then you can place your order here before it hits shelves on February 10th next year;
