'The Art of Endless Legend 2' Now Coming in April 2026

Endless Legend 2 was released in early access in September, 11 years after the original game, receiving high praise from players. The artbook, The Art of Endless Legend 2, was set to be released very soon, but a setback has moved it back into 2026.

As spotted on the Titan Books website today, the original release date of December 30th 2025 has sadly been updated, now replaced with April 14th 2026.

The 240-page hardcover is being made in partnership with the game's developer Amplitude Studio and publisher Hooded Horse, highlighting the concept art and insights behind the turn-based 4X strategy game. It will give fans a look a the factions, environments, weapons, and more for the world of Saiadha, with early sketches, detailed scenes and unused designs.

Some online retailers are yet to update their listings, with Amazon US already showing the new release, among others. Emails should soon be reaching customers that pre-ordered too if they haven't already been received. UK sites are still showing the old date, though this is not unusual following a delay and should be updated soon. No reason has been given, but delays are unfortunately common in the world of publishing.

The previous artbook for the series was The Art of Endless Legend, also published by Titan Books in December of 2024 and 10 years after the release of the game. Given the long wait for that book, even after a short delay this follow up is still coming significantly quicker, much to the joy of those wanting more from the Endless Legend series.

If the first book is anything to go by, this will be another fantastic look at the concept art for the units and factions, as well as the superb art depicting battle scenes, environments and character moments.
