Another preview is available on The Artbook Collector YouTube channel, this time headed back to 2014 with The Art of Titanfall!
Titan Books partnered with Respawn Entertainment to give fans of the series a look behind the curtain at the concept art for the multiplayer shooter, perfect for players wanting to see the origin of the world that was expanded in not just a sequel, but the royale-hero shooter Apex Legends too. Inside there is a look at the Titans themselves, the pilots, creatures, technology, weapons, environments, and more, all with insights and a wealth of unused designs and ideas. The 192-page book was released on February 25th 2014, a couple of weeks before Titanfall launched.
Titanfall is a fast-paced first-person shooter that has players take control of Pilots, highly mobile soldiers that are able to get around the maps with parkour and gadgets. Through each online match, the Pilots can call down their Titan, huge mechs that they jump into and control, allowing them to deal a large amount of damage to other players on foot, or other Titans that have entered the map. The game was multiplayer only and a console exclusive to Xbox, but both of these things changed with Titanfall 2, which also released on PlayStation and brought in a single-player campaign.
