As the month comes to an end, take a look ahead at June's selection of upcoming artbooks to keep an eye out for. The coming month is lighter on releases than it could have been due to multiple book delays, but these are some to look forward too!
3rd - Marvel Television's Agatha All Along: The Art of the Series

Following multiple delays of its own, Marvel Television's Agatha All Along: The Art of The Series is finally hitting shelves after its Disney+ debut last year. This is the second book in the series since the Infinity Saga ended to come with a slipcase and lithograph prints, as well as the first to use the new branding 'Marvel Television's' in the title.
Fans can expect a look at the early art for the characters and settings in this look behind the curtain from the visual development team. The series featured a lot of costumes for the Agatha and her coven, likely making this a big focus of the book.

17th - Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga - Doctor Strange: The Art of the Movie

Titan Books continue the run of Marvel Studios' rereleases in The Infinity Saga series, this time focused on the debut of Doctor Strange from 2016. This book features over 300 pages of concept art, covering the characters, key frames, settings and trippy dimensions.
There is a huge amount of art here and all of it offers interesting designs, as this was not only the introduction of Stephen Strange and every other character into the MCU, but also the world of magic. The original release was one of the stronger books from the studio, so having it made available again at a great price makes this well worth checking out.
You can pre-order Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga - Doctor Strange: The Art of the Movie before its June 17th release here;
24th - Metroid Prime 1–3: A Visual Retrospective: The Official Art and Making of Metroid Prime 1–3

Fans of the Metroid Prime series can pick up this collection of early sketches, concept art and illustrations for the games in the book from publisher Piggyback. It covers over 20 years of series across over 200 pages, with added insights from Nintendo producer, Kensuke Tanabe.
Despite the title being disastrously long, there is a lot to look forward to here for fans old and new. A copy will also be joining the collection, so a review will be shared when it arrives on the 24th!

24th - The Art of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

After being released in Japan in 2023, The Art of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is finally making its way to the West after being translated to English. Udon Entertainment are the publishers of the English version, which isn't unexpected, as they are often behind the localised versions of Japanese video game artbooks.
It comes as a hardcover with 200 pages of concept art for the characters, creatures, weapons and environments of the dark fantasy RPG from Team NINJA. It will also feature in-depth character profiles too, perfect for those looking for more than just the art. The upcoming artbook can be ordered for your own collection here;
Updates will be reported as they happen and you can find a full list of future releases for the rest of the year and beyond on the Upcoming page!
