'The Art and Making of Godzilla x Kong: Supernova' Roars into Stores in 2027

The Titans are making a big return in March 2027, promising more large scale action and kaiju battles for fans to look forward to. This is not the only thing coming in March from the Monsterverse though, as a new listing has revealed that The Art and Making of Godzilla x Kong: Supernova is coming to share a look at the newest chapter in the series.
The new book was spotted late last night (September 25th) on Amazon and found on many other retailer listings, including the website of its publisher DK. It is set to hit shelves in March, with UK listings dating it as the 26th when Godzilla x Kong: Supernova releases, while others list it for March 30th. Dates can offer differ and DK is a UK publisher, so it's possible it will arrive a little earlier in their home country. It is currently listed as having 224 pages and uses the above placeholder image for the cover until the final artwork is revealed.
The Art and Making of Godzilla x Kong: Supernova will feature a look at the concept art, designs, and stroyboards for the upcoming movie, which of course includes the King of the Monsters himself, Godzilla, and his unlikely ally in Kong. The previous artbook for the last movie, The Art of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, didn't include 'Making of' in the title, which could imply a different approach, although there is no mention of set photos being used as seen in other hybrid books.
The hardcover volume will also include interviews with the minds behind the story and world of Supernova, making it the perfect companion for the movie, with a well-timed release that gives fans a very short wait to dive into artwork.
Godzilla x Kong: Supernova is the sixth film in the Monsterverse from Legendary Pictures, acting as a sequel to Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. It will again see Godzilla and Kong return to take on a new threat, and also has actor Dan Stevens reprising his role as Trapper. New cast members include Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo, and the late Sam Neill. Expect more roars, chest beating, and destruction when it premiers on March 26th, 2027. The last movie was the biggest in the series yet, indicating there is a large audience for the Monsterverse, and that means plenty of shelves for this upcoming book to make its way onto.
