Fans of both Toho's Godzilla and Mondo's unique products will be able to explore the artwork and details that brought some of the collectibles to life, with Mondo: The Art of Godzilla stomping its way to bookstores later this year.

Arriving on September 15th 2026 from publisher Insight Editions in the US and Canada, and Titan Books in the UK, the 144-page hardcover will explore the art from the team at Mondo, as well as how the products based on Godzilla came together. It is authored by Chip Carter who got to speak with the artists at Mondo to put this collection of their designs together. The cover art seen above is not final, but is being used as the placeholder until it is officially revealed.
It will highlight a range of products, from posters and statues, to pins and records, and if the range of styles seen in the collectibles is anything to go by, there will be a fantastic mix of styles to be found through early artwork and final designs. It will also delve into the history of Mondo themselves, as well as Godzilla, making this perfect for fans of both that would like to see a gallery of different takes on the iconic kaiju.

The Mondo store continues to feature exclusive collectibles for the King of the Monsters, calling upon talented creatives to being them to fruition. Mondo: The Art of Godzilla will feature the work of these artists, including Attack Peter (Peter Santa-Maria), Hector Arce, Jesse Hernandez, and Tom Whalen.
For those unaware, Mondo is a studio and collectible brand that produces creative and high-quality vinyl soundtracks, posters, and limited edition merchandise based on by film, comics, and pop culture. It began as part of Alamo Drafthouse, becoming known for its artist-driven designs and collaborations with incredible illustrators from all over the world. Due to its huge success, it grew and began working on toys, apparel, and gallery exhibitions, and more, gaining a dedicated fandom of its own.
