Two Marvel Studios' Infinity Saga Artbooks Have Been Delayed

A couple of delays have hit the Infinity Saga artbook series from Titan Books, the new collection that has been publishing reissues of the older Marvel Cinematic Universe books. The big one is for Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga - Spider-Man: Homecoming - The Art of the Movie, though there will no doubt be more changes coming too.

Last set for release on October 7th following a previous delay, the date has now been moved to November 11th 2025. This is almost certainly a result of the next release in the series, Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2: The Art of the Movie, getting delayed earlier this month to September 30th. But this new date is problematic for the release order of the series, so future updates will be coming.

The books are being published in the same order as the originals, but now the upcoming book based on Spider-Man: Homecoming, which is the 15th of 24 in the series, is now coming a week after the 16th book in the series. As it currently stands, Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga Thor: Ragnarok - The Art of the Movie is set to be published on November 4th, so this is almost certainly going to be moved further back in the year too. The next book after that is for Black Panther, but that is not due until February 3rd 2026, so it's possible it can be pushed to an earlier date, avoiding a bigger domino effect.

The second delay in the series is for Marvel Studios' The Infinity Saga The Road to Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War - The Art of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which has now been delisted from the Titan Books website and hidden from search on websites like Amazon. The book has not been cancelled, but according to their publicist is "not in progress at the moment". It was after this update about its release that it was removed from their website. Prior to this, it was due to hit shelves December 23rd, before the Black Panther book which should be published first. It is likely that it was revealed too early and that it will be listed again with other books when production begins, likely placing it in March or April of 2026.

The Titan Books' Infinity Saga series is perfect for fans that may have missed out on older artbooks due to their availability, or possibly being younger fans. Many of the original slipcase releases that were published by Marvel are hard to come by now, with high prices on second hand markets. Although these books are slightly smaller in size, the improved print quality, binding, and price point make them very easy to recommend.
